Jerome Masi (France, 1977) was trained at the Émile Cohl school in Lyon, where he graduated in 2001. He developed a career that transitioned between graphic design, art direction, and illustration, before turning his practice to painting.

His work is distinguished by the use of large areas of color and the formal refinement of his compositions. Through minimalist silhouettes and a deliberate economy of elements, Masi constructs images in which each form occupies a precise and necessary place. This apparent simplicity conceals a subtle visual poetic, in which the essential becomes language. Masi's pictorial universe addresses diverse themes with restrained elegance, combining balance, rhythm, and a remarkable chromatic sensitivity. His work has been presented in international galleries and fairs in cities such as Paris, Biarritz, London, Melbourne, Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Taiwan, consolidating his presence on the contemporary art scene.
