Love seen through art
Posted: Jan 09 2015
Art history is full of love moments. Frida and Diego Rivera, Picasso and Dora Maar, Rodin and Camille Claudel... Artists have always reinterpreted their innermost feelings, their personal vision of love and passion through their strokes. Falling in love is reflected in art and now also comes with the contemporary artists of Gunter Gallery. Therefore, during the February 14, Valentine's Day, we launch a unique collection of artworks dedicated to love. They are signed and numbered silk screens in limited edition made by artists like Ricardo Cavolo, Boamistura, Paula Bonet, Iván Solbes, Santiago Morilla, Aitor Saraiba or illustrators like Eyesores.
An example is the artwork of Ricardo Cavolo, 'Lia & Antoine', a silk screen in limited edition, which the artist explains in this way: "after talk frecuently about love in my work, because I think is one of the most beautiful things in life, I wanted to do a clear and sincere tribute to it. Lia&ntoine is a history of love, with good and evil issues, but always gaining good ones. The artwork represents the longed-less conventional and pure love”. Now apply it to your story...
