From the appropriation and subsequent manipulation of diverse iconography established in the popular imagination, in this case cartoons, the artist Miguel Ángel Fúnez proposes an artwork that is a sample of realities seduced by fiction. The story not only considers the objects, but also the subjects of admiration and amazement, and even those of visceral rejection and disgust. This artwork is part of a series that stars a contemporary “Horror vacui” of everything that cannot be, that exists and does not exist at the same time, that scares us and seduces us, pushing us to imagine other different worlds.
