€240.00 EUR

Beech Frame

It is inspired by the antique engravings, "where image and text were mixed equally, as a whole," the artist explains. This portrait of a young stranger is an original artwork that talks about the evolutionary biologist Richard Dawkins and his theory about the selfishness of the genetic: "scientific dissemination beyond books". A face apparently innocent, without definition, neat, almost perfect, but that hides both sensuality and truth.

Technique: Pencil and pen on paper.

Size: 30 x 21 cm

Signed by the artist.
