The following terms and conditions (Terms) set forth govern the use of the Internet site of Gunter Gallery (Site). Your placing an order on this Site indicates your acknowledgement that you have read, accept and agree to be bound by all Terms, any pertinent rules or policies that are or may be published by Gunter Gallery. We may update these Terms from time to time without giving notice and will become effective when posted.

Item Representation and Availability

Each of the thumbnails and featured prints displayed in the galleries are the best electronic representation of each of the artist's prints we have in stock. Due to the compact size of the thumbnail/picture and your monitor's settings...the colors may appear to be more intense than the actual print itself.

Gunter Gallery does not guarantee the availability of any print(s) displayed on this Site. In most cases, individual print quantities are very limited, and print(s) may sell out before the inventory can be updated. Orders received through the website will be honored - “first come first serve” basis. Every effort will be made to keep the inventory up-to-date. In the event a purchase is made and the total print quantity has sold out, Gunter Gallery will make contact with the purchaser to make the necessary arrangements for a full refund. Gunter Gallery shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense for failure to deliver print(s) ordered which have sold out..

Pricing

The price charged for each print is the price in effect the day the order is processed for payment. Print prices shall be identified in the on-line shopping cart at the time the order is placed. Gunter Gallery reserves the right, as a secondary market merchant, to make changes in pricing as the market fluctuates at any time without notice. Prices posted for each print, regardless of quantity, do not include charges for shipping and handling, and applicable taxes. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be calculated and displayed on final purchase page. Cost of shipping and handling remains at all times the responsibility of the purchaser.

Sales Tax

Georgia residents are required to pay the 7% state sales tax. Note: Qualified Georgia Wholesale Dealers are exempt from Georgia State tax

Dealer Access

We would like to extend wholesale pricing to our approved Dealers. Access to the “Dealers Only” section, will allow you to quickly view our inventory by artist or print name with quantities and pricing for each type of edition. In order to access the dealer page on our website, you must complete the Dealer Authorization form. Once this information has been verified, you will be provided with an access code to log into the “Dealers Only” section. You MUST purchase from this page in order to receive the wholesale price and exemption from state tax. You will be able to click on the name of the print for viewing…use the back arrow on your browser to return to the Dealer page in order to make a purchase. If you purchase directly from the individual Gallery pages, you will be required to pay the price listed and no adjustments will be made.

Payment Terms

PayPal processes all purchases. PayPal accepts payment by : Credit cards, debit cards and/or allows you to pay using your paypal account. Credit card payments are subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing your credit card. Gunter Gallery shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason.

Shipping

All prints will be shipped in the appropriate sized tube to accommodate the order. Shipping will be done via UPS Ground. Once the purchase has been verified, every effort will be made to ship the purchase within 2 business days.
Each shipment will be insured for the full value of the entire order. If you desire express shipping, contact Gunter Gallery. Any cost for shipping by any other means other than UPS Ground will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping and handling charges will be handled on fixed percentage for each range of the Total Purchase.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment immediately after delivery and if damaged [ contact us ] immediately. The shipment is insured for the total purchase price. Upon notification of a damaged shipment, Gunter Gallery will proceed in compliance with UPS’ policy concerning damaged shipments.

UPS damaged shipment policy: If you are the recipient of a damaged item, please contact the sender of the item and ask that they immediately notify the store from which the item was shipped to begin the claim process. Since the sender is the customer of the store, it will be necessary for the store to speak directly with them to begin the process. It will then be up to the sender to contact you with any updates.

Return Policy

All sales are final. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ONCE PRINT(S) HAVE SHIPPED!
